I knew I shouldn’t have eaten the fist last night. But humble as I am, how could I refuse an invitation from his very great worthship; and once accepted how could I decline anything offered. The result: a bad bout of urticaria - that’s hives to the likes of you and me, and nothing to do with bees either - although the bees could probably have a somewhat similar effect. Anyway, the more cognoscible of websites tell me it has to with allergies, so once again I have to suffer for my humility. And just when I had decided to stay at home and get down to some serious writing. I guess the hand of that fatidic god, Pride, is once battling against us humbles to make sure we ever forget our station in life. Not that that could ever happen to me. So, I guess all it remains for me to do is to curl up into my hibernaculum and wait for the winter to pass.

    Your oleaginous self,

    Uriah Heep

A few days ago I wrote: Anything but Ordinary, and today I wasn’t being cognoscible when I wrote: Where is my Voice? I didn’t even realize I was being fatidic when I wrote about my voice today, and I don’t believe it had anything to do with Avril Lavigne’s losing her voice, it would have been better for her if she had uriticaria. Now she has canceled her shows, and is at home like some bug in hibernaculum for a few days. You may find it oleaginous of me to post this in the comments on the Write Stuff with all these links, but I am just working on: My Writing Goals.
I hope that Avril’s feeling better now too!

    Enjoy Life!
