Three Word Game

April 24th, 2008 Posted in Andrea

I feel in the mood to do a little writing challenge. Writing is suppose to be fun too, right?

The object of this game is to write a story three words at a time. You can participate as often as you want. However you can’t add on to the story multiple times in a row. Someone has to post after you before you can introduce another three words. This way everyone will have a turn.

Copy and paste what was written before you. Then, add your three words. This way everyone doesn’t have to go through tons of comments in order to read the story. On Friday, I’ll edit this post and add the final product on to it.

Let’s keep the story clean. No swearing, violence, sexual content, etc.

Our Story

Walking along the riverbank in the early morning sunlight, slapping mosquitos. As Rachel reached the dock, she noticed a mangled oak tree with a mysterious hook-like claw which appeared suddenly to move as she passed by. She gasped and felt a strong need to flee before the shadow approaching rapidly, from out of nowhere, came to drain her life away.
